A Virtual Company
Decision Toolbox is a highly progressive virtual company. All of our team members work from home offices, yet are closely and seamlessly linked with sophisticated technology and processes. Rather than a traditional management hierarchy, our structure is more of a "circularchy," with the team in the middle, supported by management. The result is a remarkable level of esprit de corps and choreographed teamwork. Today, we have team members throughout Southern California and in Atlanta, Concord (NH), Dallas, Portland, Seattle, Washington DC and even in New Zealand.
