- Referrals
Our seasoned recruitment team is extremely adept at referral cultivation the old fashioned way, while our technology promotes referrals on a mass basis.
- Job Boards

You are certainly not required to use our technology. DT utilizes Recruiting Machine when we conduct searches because the system was built to be our "secret weapon" in terms of delivering quality hires quickly and efficiently. It also serves as a dashboard through which you can view the real time status of searches, candidates and activity. There is no additional charge for that - it is built into our process.
In any case, Recruiting Machine can export all relevant applicant data into your existing ATS or HRIS if desired.
