Across all position types and levels, E2E’s average fee for a completed search equates to 9-12% of annual salary. Depending on the position type to be filled, Engage2Excel Recruitment Solutions offers two levels of "full service" search:  Standard and Advanced.

At each of these levels, E2E manages the project/opening from requisition through offer acceptance. The key differences lie in the degree of specialization and number of "man hours" of direct/aggressive candidate sourcing that we need to invest in order to generate the desired talent pool.

  • Standard search is recommended for most professional, management and senior management positions. It includes significant direct candidate sourcing.
  • Advanced searches are typically used for technical, international, VP, CxO and other much more difficult positions that require more intensive levels of competitive research, and/or heavy cold calling. It's an aggressive and deep approach to sourcing. We focus on competitors and targeted organizations in addition to the other candidates who have the desired skill set.

Our Hourly pricing model minimizes your front end investment if you have multiple positions you would like us to fill. Also, we never shy away from creating custom pricing models to best suit the needs of our clients.
